Limited AKC Registration: Puppies will be sold as "pets" on "limited" AKC Registration. This means that the puppies sold will be AKC registered, but not be used in any type of breeding program. The Pups will need to be spayed or neutered at the appropriate age.

Full AKC Registration: If you are interested in "Full"  AKC registration, you must let me know this up front. Full registration does not guarantee that the puppy purchased will be of breeding or show quality. Full registration gives the buyer the ability to breed, show, and register, the offspring with the American Kennel Club.  The Puppy should be examined by a veterinarian when it becomes of breeding age to determine if the dog is a good candidate for breeding.

                        

Health Guarantee

I guarantee our puppies to be happy and healthy at the time of pick up. We offer a 72 hour vet check guarantee. You have 3 days to have your new puppy checked by a Veterinarian of your choice. If your vet finds anything wrong with the puppy that you are uncomfortable with, we will gladly take the puppy back and give you a full refund.  *(Please note that the breeder will not be responsible for any vet bills or transportation/shipping costs.)* If after the 3 days, Up to 1 year, we will gladly take Said Puppy back without refund, and offer you a puppy free of charge from our next available litter.

This is a Copy of the agreement you will be signing upon pick up of your new puppy, please read it carefully.

This is our sales agreement. Be sure to read it. When you buy one of our pups this is what you are agreeing to.

We do accept non refundable deposits to hold a specific pup for you...
Remember if you change your mind deposits are non refundable...

Sales agreement/Health guarantee/Contract

This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale. The buyer has a 72 hour guarantee in which
he/she is urged to have the puppy checked by a licensed vet. (Business Days) Email or call me with results for
our file. After the 72 hours this starts your 1 Year congenital defect guarantee! We will issue a new puppy if yours is found
to have a life Threatening congenital defect (heart, liver) within the first Year of the puppies life. We do
not give cash refunds After the 72 hours. (Must have documentations and proper test from a qualified Vet)
If the vet finds anything seriously wrong with the pup it will be exchanged for a similar pup at once or as soon
as one is available. (PROVIDING A LETTER FROM THE EXAMINING VET AND THE PUP IS RETURNED). *

It is also recommended that after all initial puppy vaccines are given by your vet(6, 9, 12, and 15 weeks) there should be an additional Parvo vaccine given at around 20 weeks, Rottweilers tend to be susceptible to Parvo and this is an added preventative for immunity.

If buyer does not live locally. he/she is to notify seller within a 72
hour time period to make arrangements for the return of the puppy. Once the puppy has cleared the initial
vet exam it will be understood that seller was provided a healthy pup and that the care of the pup is now in the
hands of the buyer.

. All Transporting/Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. No refund will
be made after the 72 hour time period; and at no time will vet bills be refunded... This pup is not guaranteed to be of
show or breeding quality. size is not guaranteed, only estimated to best of our ability. (In the unlikely event that the new owner wants the breeder/seller to buy back a pup, (and the breeder agrees) the
new owner will agree to forfeit 1/2 of the purchase price.)
